EXCHANGES
All items purchased through BK-mart may be exchanged for a different size or other like-priced item, up to 30 days following point of sale. Return shipping fees are buyer's responsibility.
RETURNS
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase and do not wish to exchange it, you may return it for store credit. Non-music items cannot be exchanged for music items and vice versa. Physical music products are non-returnable. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact store@benkweller.com and someone will get back to you as soon as possible to correct the problem.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
All orders placed before 3:00 PM EST, Monday-Friday, will be processed and shipped same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day. Please visit http://faq.usps.com for a list of holidays observed. There will be no pickups/deliveries made on these days.
